What is a Rail Badge?
Rail Badge is a custom snap-in badge insert designed to fit standard Picatinny rail guard panels. Each badge snaps securely into rail cover slots, giving you a bold, personalized look without modifying your rail.
What are Rail Badges made from?
Our badges are manufactured using premium polymer via advanced 3D printing technology. The result is a finish and feel that’s remarkably close to injection-molded quality — durable, smooth, and built to last.
What rail covers do they fit?
Rail Badges are designed to fit standard Picatinny rail guard panels with slot-style openings. If your rail covers have snap-in slots, there’s a very good chance our badges will fit perfectly.
How do they stay in place?
Each badge is precision-engineered with snap-in tabs that lock securely into the rail cover slot. The fit is tight, rattle-free, and designed to stay put under use.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can I create a completely custom design?
Yes! We offer custom text badges now, and custom image/design badges are coming soon. Use our configurator to submit your request, and we’ll work with you to finalize the design.
What colors are available?
Current colors include Stealth Black, Coyote Tan, OD Green, Flat Dark Earth, and Wolf Grey. We’re always exploring new color options based on community demand.
How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders ship within 5–7 business days. Complex or high-volume custom designs may take slightly longer. We’ll confirm timeline when we review your order.

Where do you ship from?
All Rail Badges are manufactured and shipped from the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
We’re currently focused on domestic (US) shipping. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned via our newsletter.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If your badge arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Custom orders are final sale unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
